    How the plan is ordered

Six steps in the life of a client.

Most clients don't leave on purpose. They forget, nobody reminds them, and the next business that reaches them wins. Your plan follows a client from the visit itself to the weeks after, the months between visits and, if they drift, the way back. Your place is marked from your Keeper check.

    Why osNOVA

You do the work you're great at. We build the system around it.

Keeping clients is mostly systems: the reminder that goes out on time, the follow-up nobody forgets, the plan that renews on its own. Setting those up while you're booked solid is the hard part, and it's the part we do with you.

    ๐Ÿงฎ Value calculator

What keeping clients is worth to you.

Five levers decide how much your existing clients are worth in a year: how many stay, how often they come, how much they spend, how many friends they send and how many lapsed clients come back. Put in your own numbers, or start from the examples for your type of business.

    What you change

Small, realistic moves. Each lever is independent, so you can see which matters most.

    The numbers behind keeping clients.

Each figure says who was measured and when, so you can judge how far it carries to your business.

Share of booked appointments attended, healthcare

      Cochrane systematic review (Gurol-Urganci and others, 2013), 7 studies with 5,841 participants. Risk ratio 1.14 (95% CI 1.03 to 1.26), moderate-quality evidence.

Repeat customers spend more over time

Spending in months 31โ€“36 vs. months 0โ€“6 (first six months = 100)

Bain & Company and Mainspring survey of online shoppers, 1999. Online retail, not services, so read it as a direction.

          Loyal customers refer more people

People referred by an online apparel shopper, total

Bain & Company and Mainspring, 1999. In consumer electronics the totals were just over 4 and 13.

Two more numbers for the referral tactics. In a long-running study of bank customers, referred customers were worth at least 16% more and were 18% less likely to leave (Journal of Marketing, 2011). And in Nielsen's global trust survey, 92% of consumers said they trust recommendations from people they know, more than any form of advertising.
