In this hands-on workshop we'll map it on paper, starting with every way people discover, book and use you, online and off, and then drawing a classic paper blueprint: a dotted line down the middle for the service itself, everything before it on the left, everything after on the right, with the customer's steps on top. You'll leave knowing which gap to close first.
Bring a blank sheet, a pencil and an eraser. Camera is optional, and everyone who registers gets the recording and the worksheet.
